You can return the product you ordered within 14 days of receiving it and replace it with any other product you like or request a refund.

Free changes are always mentioned for the first change. More than one is charged based on our prices at ELTA COURIER and is charged by the customer. You can request that we ship the same product in a different color or replace it with any other on our site without shipping costs. In addition, in case you received a defective or incorrect product we can replace it with the same or the correct one at no charge.
A prerequisite is that the items have not been used and are in excellent condition, properly packaged and without the labels removed, etc. They should also be accompanied by all the proofs.
You can request a refund of the product you ordered and refund your money. In this case you give us the IBAN of your bank account and within 2-3 business days you get the refund. A key condition for your refund is to have the product returned to us in its original excellent condition.

We order the courier company to pick up the product from your place or you can deliver it to your nearest store. Once the product is returned to us, we will ship your new one (if it is a change) or your money (if it is a refund).
